SCS has been installing for 2.5 hours.. ?

SCS has always taken like 30-40 minutes to install for me. I just got the new version and I started installing 2 and a half hours ago and it is still going. Is this normal??

    Literally stopped seconds after I posted this and finished installing. Longest install for me by far
