Difference between PS4 vs. Switch Resolution & Graphics?

in Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition
Hey guys.
I got the Switch port version but I was wondering if PS4 has higher detail/resolution + load times?
I can't seem to find any info comparing the two on Google search.

Can anyone confirm if you own both copies, do they run identical to one another?
