Anyone know how to uninstall EE Keeper?

in Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition
I somehow dragged it out of the folder it was in onto my desktop and now it's lost all its pathways to the game

I can't work out ho to fix this, so i though I'd uninstall and then reinstall it. Trouble is, I can't uninstall it.

Every search I've done sugests that the file I want to uninstall is called "Keeper for Windows."

in my list of programs in the Control Panel, there IS no "Keeper for Windows"

Can anyone help me with this?
