POST_Waypoint a bit broken?

Any builders experience a new bug, perhaps a year or less old, with NPC facing when using the POST waypoint method (which is part of the standard toolset waypoint palette)? No matter which you face the WP, all of the NPCs turn and face one way -- typically whatever is East or 3 o'clock. It never used to do this, but it began to be a thing within the last year. Kind of annoying.

    Yes, I'm having the same issue and it has been making me scratch my head all day.
