Isabella and Tsolak quest - bug

in Baldur's Gate: Siege of Dragonspear
Hello.

I helped Tsolak kill the vamipre hunters, and the journal was updated to "wait for the messenger".

Im almost done with chapter 9, and hung around the camp he was supposed to show up for a while, but he just isnt showing up.

Any tips on how to fix this?

    Not sure, have never sided with him but will try it this run, but am still in BG.

    As I understand once you reach the camp in chapter 9 the messenger should appear. Have you walked around looking for him?

    There is probably a global variable to change using EEKeeper but someone more technical will need to advise.

    I found this from Game Banshee

    You'll meet the messenger at one of your Flaming Fist encampments. The messenger will give you a Trollblood Ioun Stone, and you'll also earn 9000 xp
