Neverwinter night Darkness over Daggerford - Problem with the decoration of the stronghold

Please answer me, where in the 9 hells i can find that special item decorator that the game give you in order to customize your stronghold?, i cant find it anywhere, my strongold still looks like a mess.
The decorator quest is completed but i cant find that item anywhere.
