Enhanced up to 4K cinematics for Icewind Dale: Enhanced Edition (v 0.2)

Hello, everyone!
Here is my contribution to the community – all cinematics upscaled to 4K with fps increased to 30 frames per second.
I’ve tested it on Core i7 10700KF, 32GB DDR4 and Geforce 2060 SUPER 8GB and it works good without stuttering.
Just in case I’ve made the same movies in 1080p and 720p foe people with slower PC’s or lesser resolutions.
Just download movies here https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/12aBgfTW_Nl95ij-79QejXvDmjq-ZUhfh?usp=sharing from the suitable folder (“4K”, “1080p” or “720p”) and place them into “movies” directory of the game.

I have made the same for BG:EE and BG2:EE and posted in their relevant forum threads, but they are only in 1080p. I have some ideas to make them work in up to 4K (it worked with IWD:EE) so I may soon update those videos too.
