Neverwinter nights IPAD prc installation

Good morning!
I have been trying to install the Player Resource Consortium module on my iPad. What I have tried so far is this.
From the website. Download the .rar file, and unzip to random folder in my iPad. Using the ifiles app I rename the folder to @mods. I copy/paste this into the neverwinter folder. I launch the game, go to store, customize, and click install. It installs in less than half a second. When I try to create a new character in any of the campaigns I don’t have the options for any of the new races, classes, etc.
Am I doing the process wrong?
Do I need to create a create a character using a character editor, and then transfer that character to the iPad?
Is there a special location to place the new character?
