Red box on item count number (PST:EE)

I have probably some overlay issue with one of installed mods. There are red boxes over count number on items. Here is screen:

I use tweaks, UB, Resizable comabt log, Hidden Options, Power of Believ, Journal Portait conversations. Any idea what coudl be wrong? Thanks.
