can't get into Candle keep.

    Considering that Eltan is only in the state that you can pick him up and give him to the harbor master in chapter 7, after you've already gone through Candlekeep, you really don't need anything from him. Continue with the final chapter's plot.

    Figured that out, I’m an idiot. Doesn’t help to leave a game for about a year
