NWN:EE HD Art Pack - where are the files on a Mac and how do I uninstall ?

Just gone back to a module I made over a year ago and a couple of the characters have been screwed up, Im guessing by the Art pack ( head sitting over the right shoulder etc. ) I gather there is a fix on the Vault but the guys there have said I'll have to uninstall the original pack first. However, I've had a search and can't find it anywhere obvious. I think it might have been auto installed by Steam as I don't remember manually installing it.

1. Does anyone know where the files are put on a Mac - or even PC and I can work out from there?
2. Is there an uninstaller that would save me time?
3. Can someone give me even the name of one file from the pack and I can do a computer wide search for it. I'm assuming they will all be inside the same main folder, if separated into their own sub folders?
