Install order for IWDification, Tweaks Anthology and BG1NPC Project

As it says in the title, I'd like to install these three mods. Never installed multiple mods before so not sure what order I should do it in. For Tweaks Anthology I'm basically going for the XP cap remover and a few convience things that shouldn't conflict with IWDification, except maybe Weimer's Shapeshifiting rebalancing. Also, I know that shapeshifting rebalancing is OP, but its the only one I've found that gives Greater Werewolf +3 claws. Can most of that extranerous stuff be removed with EE Keeper?
