How do I get to the Cloud peaks (spoiler adjacent)

I have a quest related to one of the new companions that requires me to go to the cloud peak mountains. And I have it on my world map but it's not selectable. Usually you go to the map next to it and exit in the direction you want to go but that doesn't seem to work. Any and all help would be appreciated.

    No. It's Rasaad.

    I am having the same issue...Rasaad asks to go to the Cloud Peaks...I say yes..Cannot get to the map...any ideas? and yes i have killed everyone in baldurs gate and have the note

    Go to Nashkel mine area, exit it from the south.

    Yea, this was ANNOYING. I must have wasted a hour and frustrated myself to no end trying to figure that out. Couldn't find an answer using the Search function here in forums, had to use Google and follow a link back to a buried thread referencing the only way to Cloud Peaks Mountain was from Nashkel Mines. That could use a a slight tweaking for the Journal I think.

    I have rasaad in my group, get no dialog at the docks and nothing at the moon monk place hideout either. (I killed some thief's there earlier and didnt think much of it when I didnt have rasaad) Did I totally screw myself out of getting the cloud peaks or is there something I can do to get that location?

    There's a guy named Entillis Fulsom near the northern gate at the docks. Have you spoken to him yet?

    If he's not there, you've either spoken to him or killed him. :P

    The other thing I can think of is that you haven't had Rasaad in your party long enough. The docks scene will trigger two days after the second talk about his past (the one about what happened to his brother).

    Yeah I had both talks and tried sleeping at the inn for a few days and nothing. Guess ill have to be more careful my second time through.
