amend server scripts without restarting server

Hi, tried to find best way to amend behavior of the existing script (change it and recompile) without restarting server. In old times there was ResMan plugin allowing to keep resources out of the module.
What is now the way to keep resources (scripts) out of the module for nwn ee?
I have tried to find the answer but failed. Can anyone help me and guide me?
