weapon focus

I decided to start a new toon and opted to start with SoU instead of nwn(then play nwn 2nd and hotu). Anyways, problem I seem to be having is I'm a paladin lvl 4 and opted to start my warrior lvls to get weapon focus/spec and cleave. The game won't let me focus on longswords.....????? IE it's not on the weapon focus list. Am I forgetting something? Is there a precondition I'm just not remembering? toodles

    The only reason your Paladin wouldn't have the option is if you already have it.

    After looking at my feats list on my character sheet *duh* I do have it, I just don't remember choosing it lol. What a dumb question this was.
