Item Restriction Level Problem

Any idea why the item restriction remains active? I also tried via the NWNX_Administration_SetPlayOption(NWNX_ADMINISTRATION_OPTION_ITEM_LEVEL_RESTRICTION, FALSE) function but it doesn't work 😦 i've been trying to solve all evening, i consumed google 😂
