*SPOILER* Where are the new npcs?

Does anyone know where you can find Dorn the blackguard npc?
The mage and the monk are pretty easy to find but after exploring around 50% of world maps i have yet to find him?

    Dorn is in the Friendly Arm Inn :)

    I didn't find Dorn at the Friendly Arm Inn - rather, I found him as a random encounter. While traveling, I was "waylaid by enemies" and... well, don't want to spoil anything, but that was how I met him.

    While we are at it, can someone point me to where Neera is? I would like to include her in my party as soon as I can. Thanks.

    Note that you must first talk to Dorn at the Friendly Arm Inn before the encounter will happen. At least, that's how it's supposed to be...
