Haer Dalis Quest Bug

Hi All,

I have rescued Haer Dalis from Mekrath but I don't have him in party.

I have lost the planar gem (it is not on the altar) and in the five dragons theatre Haer Dalis, Raelis and the actors are disappeared.

I tried to make them reapper using the console, but for the actor it doesn't work, while Realis returns but immediately disappear again. When I have been able to speak with her, I gave her the gem, and she has started to open the channel. After the death of the shadow deamon, Raelis disappear again and the game remains freezed.

How can I solve this situation in order to explore the planar prison?
