Bug, game stops and go to title screen

in Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition
The game stops and go to the title screen.
I's happens serveral times.
Also if I continue the game, I am in chapter 10, It starts after I kill Sarevok chapter 7.
I must load the game to where I wass.
