Spider Spawn and Talon of the Gloomfrost +4 bugged

Good day,

I am not sure where I should report bugs. So I'm posting this here.
I see that these bugs have been reported before, I'm not sure if there was ever an update to fix them.

Spider Spawn only summons a Giant spider and never upgrades to Sword spider.
Talon of the Gloomfrost +4 does not apply its equipped abilities: Fire resistance +10%, Cold resistance +10%

I have the GOG version.

Are there perhaps mods that fix these issues?
