Mage - fighter dual dispel magic scaling question

Hi
I want a new run with an early mage to fighter dual. I know the caster level never be grown, but what about dispel magic ? Is it use the mage or the active fighter class level ?

    I'm not sure, actually. Either a fixed level for scroll-based casting, or fixed at your mage level. Either way, it won't scale with your fighter level, and won't be useful in the late game.

    Than the lvl 2 dual will be enough. After all, the wands and scrolls will be the main utility what these fighter gain.
