My henchman has permanently decreased movement rate

After some fights in the wizard's dungeon in Coldwood I noticed Linu was constantly walking instead of running. I examined her and she had the "movement speed decreased" debuff. I tried resting, healing at temple and disbanding but the debuff persists. Any ideas?
EDIT: Nvm, apparently for some reason she had toggled the search mode -_-

    Have you activated the search or sneak mode in the radial menue of the companion?
    These options have been included in the expansion packs of NWN.
    Make a right click on your henchmen,
    in the upper leftside of the radial menue should be a submenue with options to deactivate spellcasting, to search or to hide and move silently among other things.
    Perhaps you activated such a mode unintentionally.
