can't play game, random white text covers images and words in game menu

can't play game, random white text covers images and words in game menu. about 30 seconds after I select play the game will crash no mater what I try to do like chose a character or just sit at the selection screen. Also of I press buttons in the options menu the screen will flicker and I'll have white streaks across the screen, hit another button and it may stop or do something else weird
I have a
gforce6150se nforce 430 integrated graphics
direct x 10.0
windows vista service pack 2

    If you need more information I can get it, I am computer savvy but no programer

    Same problem here. Can't make it past character creation without a crash. And options, class, and character descriptions are all missing.

    I have geforce 8600 gt
    direct x 10.0
    Microsoft Windows Vista x64 Service Pack 1

    soo I did pay for the game, can I please get a little tec support? a response even?

    Update your graphics driver/apply patches.
