Only one quick save?

Hello,

for a while now, I have had the following problem:

Whenever I use quicksave (by pressing Q), the game only overwrites the same quicksave.
The other quicksaves (2, 3, and 4) do not change and are not overwritten.
I also noticed the same for autosave. There is no more autosave currently.
The autosave remains stuck.
I never had this problem before, and I did not change anything in the game or any file.

Do you have any idea how I can solve this?
