[SoD] Moving green lines in water

For some reason, in Siege of Dragonspear areas only (BG:EE and BGII:EE appear to be unaffected) I see green lines that blink and move downward on water surfaces: screenshot

Any idea what it might be?

This is on Steam. Windows 10 x64 and an RTX 3070 graphics card with the latest nVidia drivers installed.
