Missing Shader Vertex Files

When I try to run NWN:EE, it falls in a heap with messages about missing Shader Vertex Files:

vsv vs_invalid fs_invalid vsvt vsvt_sm vsvtc vslitnotex vslitnt_sm vslit vslit_nm vslit_sm_nm vsglu

There are no *.shd files on my harddrive.
