Having an issue with the audio with this game along with Icewind Dale Enhanced Edition

So for whatever reason the audio will randomly stop working for no reason. It's really getting annoying the amount of times I've had to reset the games to fix the audio. And I have gotten NO RESPONSE from the trouble shooting section for this. Can someone please help me fix this for good?? It's really irritating.
