Baldurs Gate EE Refuses to install I am stuck.

Ok, I tried installing EE on my good computer to play it at my house, but every time I install it and try to run the launcher I get an error that says " U:\windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\2.0.50727\dw20.exe" The "U" is a strange U shaped character that I cannot type on my keyboard. I don't know what the problem is because I have the latest .NET Framework. The beamdog installer is of no help either, as it produces the same problem. I normally wouldn't ask, but I am stumped.

Windows 7 64 bit
8gb ram
