Cursor Disappearing in Inventory

I'm having an issue where my cursor will disappear when I pick up the item 'arrow' in the inventory. These are the arrows Imoen has in the beginning of the game. I can still click on things, but can't effectively play because I can only guess where I am clicking. The cursor comes back when I reboot the game. Anyone else have this problem, or any suggestions? I am running on an NVIDIA Geforce 9200M.

    @wholesalewng fif you hit alt+enter it'll drop you into window mode rather than full screen and it should work from there... scrolling is a pain though....

    Nice workaround Sketchy. That said, this needs to be a high priority fix for them - I am rather surprised that this was not caught and fixed before launch since it is such a glaring issue.
