Looks that way. All my first level badges I got with 6, the 25 likes-badge with 25.

I usually try to click one of the "plus one" buttons for people who make any post that interests me, amuses me, or even mildly entertains me, because I understand completely how some people can get into their board status, and their badges, and all that. The forum creators who put that system in here really knew what they were doing. It's very good behaviorist psychology.

I've actually gotten to where I miss our features now when I go to other forums - I keep moving my mouse pointer to click "agree" or "like", and then have to say, "Oh shoot, it's not there! Bummer."

Heck, Gridian, I'll even go up and click "insightful" for you, since that one's probably the hardest to get awards for.

the truth is "agrees" and "likes" and "insightfuls" shouldn't matter at all, and i do keep telling myself that, yet i cant help but feel good when someone does do that with one of my posts, sad i know. likes seem to be the easiest to get so those are bronze, agrees a bit harder so lets call those silver, and the oh so precious insightfuls are the sweet sweet gold.

basically this entire post is pointless and merely a shameless ploy to get people to click like, agree, or insightful. any donations would be greatly appreciated
