I've got a fighter that has 14 parry, can I make this 0 and give myself 14 skill points with Leto or something? And how difficult is it to do?

    You can do that with Leto. Easiest way is to edit an exported character. You can also edit a saved game, but follow the instructions very carefully, as the character info isn't where you might think. Some EE users have reported problems, but it seems to work for most of us.
