Server settings are not loading from Settings.TML

My Settings.TML file seems to keep my player settings fine, as it remembers my login and the servers I've visited. However, after changing several server settings in the file, using the NWServer.exe program does not seem to be actually pulling any of this data, as I have to change the Server name, difficulty, number of players, etc. Now, this is mostly just annoying, but I'm wanting to keep the setting "Max HP on levelup" which is not an option on the NwServer program.

Any idea what can be causing this?
