Looks like sound is handled over hardware instead software. because of this, FRAPS isn't recording sound at all. Like with graphics,, I'd love to see some options to control sound and how it's handled ;-)
Weird indeed. Then somehow on my side BGEE forces the sound to go through hardware instead of software. That's the only reason I can think of why FRAPS does not capture sound on my system.
Any devs want to comment on this? My soundcard is the Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Titanium Fatal1ty Champion and only with BGEE I have this problem of no sound in FRAPS (unless I set other games to hardware sound instead of software support...)
