Killing Kryll (Suggestion)

When exploring just after Nashkel I came upon Kryll and Dorn attacked her. I had yet to have any dialogue with Dorn. Apparently, I missed some because of this. Is there a way to postpone the trigger UNTIL the dialogue about her happens, so that you cannot kill her early?
