BAM Workshop won't open some BAMs

I'm looking to resize the icons for BDAMUL08 and BDBRAC05, but no matter how I export them from Near Infinity, they show up blank in BAM Workshop. This doesn't happen with other BAMs. Any idea what might be special about these ones?
