Missed Fortune quest - at the end of Ch 11

in Baldur's Gate: Siege of Dragonspear
I'm sure on one run through, my missed fortune along with a scroll from Ophyllis was in one of the containers in Dragon Spear castle (same room as trapped one with the potions of fire). However on a recent run through it wasn't there.

Has this been removed or is dialogue related somewhere else?
