Coloured Rings

So we have coloured rings now instead of green. 2 of them per character at that. So tell me... what determines these colours, how are they supposed to work? Am I over thinking this?

    Your selected major color determines your ring color, on a per character basis.

    Fancy that. Guess it helps distinguish characters a bit better in the field.
