Game crashes on switch while saving

in Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition
Bg1 crashes on switch while saving or randomly after when playing or changing location.
Beamdog did nothing to fix this.
Any ideas or can I solve it without their help? I don’t believe that they ever fix it.
I’m in half of game. I wan to end it but I can’t. It crashes so often that I can’t play
