Mouse-friendly UI Mods?

My Googling has been very weak this morning. I'm having difficulty finding many mouse-friendly UI mods that will, at least, have access to the two extra hotbars on the main screen. In this day of age, especially with the Enhanced Edition, surely this kind of thing should be easily found. Can anyone point me in the right direction, please. Specifically, I'm looking for any UI mods that will have, at least, 36 hotbar options available on the main screen.
