"Take 20?"

I may be wrong, but rogues seem to be the only class that is able to "take 20" on skills when they'd be able to concentrate on them (out of combat). I'm wondering if it'd be possible to make a quality of life improvement to allow the "take 20" option to work on other skills. Thank you in advance.

Edit: That should read "some rogue skills."

    Thank you again, @Proleric! I was hoping to find (or make) a mod for some of the other skills that a character would be able to consistently put their best efforts forth. From that wiki, the assumption of multiple attempts being used and the example given for the heal skill (kits) kind of threw me off. Most specifically, I was hoping that it'd be possible to tweak the appraise, persuade, and similar skills, to how animal empathy works: having them "Take 20s" outside of combat. It's looking like many of the specifics of most of the skills are buried pretty deep, though. Not something a simple 2da tweak into the override folder would adjust, I mean.
