How does Multiplayer Work For Console/Cross-Platform Play?

Hey! NWN EE was on sale on Xbox recently, so my friends and I picked it up. However, we can’t seem to make multiplayer work. Currently, we can’t join any PWs or see each other’s game if we try to host a module.

Is there something I’m missing? Any help would be appreciated.
