BG2 - Switch Crash - LOST Savefiles

During a manual save the game crashed (at the end of the Lizard Priestess quest) and every save Files after the exit of the Asylum Dungeon are lost.

The crash was generic, without a specific code, and the save files are disappeared.

The general experience of this build is not that great, crashes are very common ... It seems like you can't finish the game without many TRY and ERRORS (game crashes).

Is there a patch incoming?
