EE Door & Transition Fixes

A few older modules have issues with doors or transition triggers when played in NWN EE.

Some have been addressed by official patches, and there may be more in the pipeline, but for now here's a collection of player-friendly fixes which allow everyone to continue to enjoy those modules.
