Red Dragon Disciple LevelUp bug (8->9)

Discovered a bug while playing a Red Dragon Disciple. My Bard(5)/RDD(8) cannot level up when she spents all of her skillpoints for RDD 9 (I click OK and am still a Bard(5)/RDD(8)). If I save a single skillpoint I correctly level up to Bard(5)/RDD(9) once I click OK.

Happens with the current version in the OC and first was observed in the PrettyGoodCharCreator Module with an empty override folder. My guess is it might have something todo with the INT +2 bonus the RDD gains on lvl9.
