Slow Load Times?

I've reverted back to the previous version of Nvidia's driver with no luck. I removed the Nvidia audio driver too. I get really slow load times for in-game and in the toolset with the added "bonus" of a white screen when it's loading.

To be clear, the toolset and game works, but it's really funky to work with! Anyway, I wanted to ask any of you if you've experienced this problem...? If so, could you kindly post the solution in this thread...
