I already feel Nalia becomes more pragmatic by ToB. She's assigned new lines by Bioware and in her standard talks with other characters you can see a change of her view.
Evil though in ToB terms is uh, pretty evil. It's above what she'd condone, thus why it will eventually break for evils. (Plus the non-standard romances I believe don't easily allow for evil anyway, at least one of them) But there's still content there for evil, in case someone wants to go through a brief romance or romance attempt.
