Suggestion: Wizard - Spell accessibility for chosen spell school

Similar to cleric domains, I suggest early access & access to unavailable spells for the related spell school. Here are a few examples
* Animate Dead: cleric 3; necromancer: 3; sorcerer/wizard 5
* Create Undead: cleric 6; necromancer: 6; sorcerer/wizard 8
* Create Greater Undead: cleric 8; necromancer: 8
