Android 12- how to mod the BG game to run in 60fps?

Since there doesn't seem to be a way to insert baldur.lua folder into data folder and have the game read it, is it possible to somehow edit the framerate speed for BG:ee on android 12?

I have successfully modded the android game but this one eludes me. maybe putting a line in UI.lua (i have a gui mod installed in override) ? cheat code? would putting baldur.lua into override work?

anything to make it playable in 60fps... :persevere:
