Failed Paladin Stronghold Quest

So I read online that there is a possibility that I could reset this quest using the CLUAConsole cheats.

One site said...
For Baldur's Gate II / Baldur's Gate II: Throne of Bhaal...
Open the Baldur.ini file (located in the BG2 installation directory).
Find the line [Program Options] and add the text Debug Mode=1 underneath.

Another site said...
For Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition (yes, I have EE).....
Use WordPad (not the Windows-Editor) and open the Baldur.lua file (located in the 'Documents\Baldur's Gate - Enhanced Edition' directory).
Add the line SetPrivateProfileString('Program Options','Debug Mode','1') to it.

The problem is....I can't find either of these files or directories. I downloaded the game from GOG and I use that GOG Galaxy thing....not sure if that makes a difference or not.

Anyway, I am NOT tech-savvy at this kind of stuff. Any advice/pointers would be appreciated! I would just really like to be able to do all those Paladin Stronghold quests...and had NO IDEA that that first one was on a timer.

    Just in case anyone else happens to face this...here is the solution I found.....

    CLUAConsole: SetGlobal("TalkedToReirrac","GLOBAL", 0)

    CLUAConsole: SetGlobal("PaladinOrder","GLOBAL", 1)
