Baldurs Gate EE Saves only show in TOB not SoA.

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
I've gone through this and can't seem to figure out what I have to do with this. I am on a Mac. I think I have to rename the file for SOA to see it? There are numerous posts, but I can't seem to find a clear answer. I had this problem in 2014 but I can't remember how I resolved it.
